We want to produce two different type 200x200mm sized reflective plastic panels with special engraved texture as shown on the sample part photos.

As shown below, we have prepared 2D images of a new texture design. 3D engraving models should be prepared based on these 2D images.

We want to contact with plastic injection tool makers who has the capability of making these special engravings with very sharp edges and high quality polished reflective surfaces.

At the beginning, to see the capability of the tooling company we want 20*20mm samples from a tool steel. If we satisfy with the quality and price, we will need 2 more large (200x200mm) engraved tool inserts.

If needed, we can send some reflecting plastic samples to the interested tooling companies.
